Graffiti is 95% gone. We may have to sand the stone to get the rest of it off.Door painting going very well - they look fantastic.Front door is working very well. Noting some fluid coming out of the closer - will bring up to replace.

There are tenants that have not switched over there National Grid Accounts.
Apts 5A and B 2F affected by rain in the bedroom Violations are being issued for elevator periodically.Elevator issues are outstanding (6 months)
Despite Repairs to the roof there are still units affected each time it rains. Photos attached are of 5C Bedroom window facing Lorimer st. 6C has water damage inside closet of 1st bedroom upon entry into the unit.
Numerous cracks throughout facade walls on Both buildings. There is water damage to units each time it rains.
Vacant retail space needs graffiti removed from glass shop front, also side of building needs repaint over graffiti.
