Graffiti is 95% gone. We may have to sand the stone to get the rest of it off.
Door painting going very well - they look fantastic.
Front door is working very well. Noting some fluid coming out of the closer - will bring up to replace.

Despite Repairs to the roof there are still units affected each time it rains. Photos attached are of 5C Bedroom window facing Lorimer st. 6C has water damage inside closet of 1st bedroom upon entry into the unit.
