Door painting should finish tomorrow. New doors and signage look great.

Front door is working very well. Noting some fluid coming out of the closer - will bring up to replace.

Apts 5A and B 2F affected by rain in the bedroom Violations are being issued for elevator periodically.Elevator issues are outstanding (6 months)

347 Lorimer Street

Despite Repairs to the roof there are still units affected each time it rains. Photos attached are of 5C Bedroom window facing Lorimer st. 6C has water damage inside closet of 1st bedroom upon entry into the unit.

68 N 8th Street

Numerous cracks throughout facade walls on Both buildings. There is water damage to units each time it rains.

47 1/2 E 7th Street

Vacant retail space needs graffiti removed from glass shop front, also side of building needs repaint over graffiti.

More bait boxes needed.

Package cage not being utilized by courier services. Need more copies of keys for front door.

347 Lorimer Street

Light still not operating on 5th floor due to water from flood. Need debris removal service as sanitation will not take construction refuse.

68 N 8th Street

Need small container to dispose of construction debris. Building was inspected today. Please send notice to tenants that there is no drinking on the rooftop, there are bottle caps pressed into flashing just like lorimer roof.

106 Norfolk Street

Cloudy day, but the building is still shining. Very clean throughout as it gets tended too often and thoroughly.

Apt 23 will be done by Thursday - it is looking good.

A few trash bins do not have handles. They would look better and would be more affective with them (Reid to order). I think some black paint would also look nice.

Apt doors look good, but would also look good with paint. No need to spend money there.

There is still construction materials in courtyard. Overall all is well.
